a) Discussion to conduct a Special Meeting in place of the meeting that was canceled (July 3) for the purpose of keeping business moving forward and agree upon new dates. b) Discussion to approve fence variances administratively as opposed to bringing to the Plan Commission for recommendation and the Village Board for approval. 9. New Business.
a) Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the Village’s April Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $18,384.
b) Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the quote from Shroeder Material for the purchase of metal culvert pipes in the amount of $12,178.04.
c) Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the Pay Estimate 2 for the Heritage Park Parking Expansion Project in the Amount of $532,696.58.
d) Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the Change Order 1 for the Heritage Park Parking Expansion Project in the Amount of $607,030.43.
e) Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of the purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer totaling $25,798.
f) Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of an Ordinance Amending Homer Glen Village Code Chapter 10, Section 10-4 Relating to Plan Commission, Sections 10-6 and 10-9 Relating to Standing Committees, and Amending Standard Operating Procedure No. 001.
g) Discussion (with possible action), regarding the procedures for moving forward with the pursuit of an RFP based on a committee recommendation or will board approval also be required.
h) Discussion only regarding the possibility of establishing a foundation in order to allow for better grant funding opportunities with the Village.
