Work is set to begin on June 30, 2025, for the city-wide concrete repair project. The project will be carried out by Strada Construction Company as part of the 2025 Concrete Replacement Program. Locations included in this year's program have been marked with pink in the field. Residences or businesses with pink markings will see items removed and replaced with new concrete.
The majority of work involves sidewalks and curb and gutter locations, though some driveway aprons will also be replaced. Affected home or business owners will be contacted by the contractor to coordinate the work.
For those requiring special accommodations due to disabilities or other reasons, discussions with the contractor are encouraged to prepare a suitable plan.
