Fairmont School District 89 has released its November newsletter, providing families with updates, key dates, and upcoming events for the month. The administration encouraged families to review the newsletter to stay informed about activities and developments at Fairmont.

"We're excited to share our November School Newsletter! Inside, you'll find updates, important dates, upcoming events, and highlights for the month," the administration stated. "Take a moment to read through and stay connected with all the wonderful things happening at Fairmont."

The message also expressed appreciation for family involvement: "We're so grateful for your continued involvement and support. Thank you."

Fairmont School District 89 is located in Will County and serves a diverse student population that is approximately 12.7 percent White, 38.5 percent Black, 46 percent Hispanic, and 0.3 percent Asian, according to data from the Illinois State Board of Education (https://www.illinoisreportcard.com/). The district employs 30 teachers who earn an average salary of $47,800 before pension contributions; women make up over 80 percent of the teaching staff.
