The City of Joliet Communication, Technology and Information Systems Committee is set to meet to discuss various agenda items. The meeting will include the approval of minutes from a previous meeting on February 5, 2025. Additionally, citizens will be able to address agenda items with a maximum time of four minutes for their comments. It is noted that the session is not a question and answer period and committee members and staff generally do not respond to these comments.

Among the agenda items, there is the award of a contract to Granicus for annual products and services renewal, which will include implementation costs totaling $583,225.73 payable over three years. Another contract award on the schedule is to Heartland Business Systems for VMware annual renewal amounting to $59,730.88.

In addition to agenda-related matters, Keith Williams, an Application Support Analyst, will present insights from the Laserfiche Empower Conference that took place from April 14 to April 17, 2025.

The meeting also allows public comment on non-agenda items, with the same time limits and non-interactive format as for agenda items.
