Greg Ruddy, Public Works Director, discussed the Award of Professional Engineering Services Contract for Phase III Engineering Services for the Theodore Street (Drauden Road - Wesmere Parkway) Roadway Widening Improvements, in the amount of $352,814.00, to V3 Companies, LTD. A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Pat Mudron, to recommend ID-1854-20, and ID1855-20 for approval by full Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Greg Ruddy discussed the Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with IDOT for Construction and Phase III Engineering Services for the Theodore Street (Drauden Road-Wesmere Parkway).
A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by
Councilman Pat Mudron, to recommend ID-1857-20, 1858-20, 1859-20, and 1860-20 for approval by full Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Ordinance Amending the 2024 Annual Budget for the City of Joliet and Purchase and Upfit of One (1) New Electric Tram from MotoElectric in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00
Sean Mikos discussed the Ordinance Amending the 2024 Annual Budget for the City of Joliet and Purchase and Upfit of One new Electric Tram, in the amount of $95,000.00, from MotoElectric. Notification was received after the memo was written that sufficient funds were received for this purchase.
A motion was made by Councilman Pat Mudron, seconded by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, to recommend ID-1861-20 for approval by full Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
