1. Consider for Approval the Accounts Payable for the Period of July 12, 2025 through July 25, 2025 in the amount of $1,017,868.95.
2. Consider for Approval the Treasurer’s Report of Cash and Investments for the Period Ending April 30, 2025, in the amount of $48,775,001.53.
3. Consider for Approval a Payment for the Village of Homer Glen’s May Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $14,616.50.

8. Consider for Approval the resurfacing bid from PT Ferro Construction in the amount of $400,539.77 and all ancillary work for a total not to exceed $479,301.63 for the addition to the Village of Homer Glen 2025 Road Resurfacing Project.
9. Consider for Approval a Professional Services Agreement with HR Green, Inc. for the Village of Homer Glen 2025 Resurfacing Program Additional RBI Funding for Preliminary and Construction Engineering Services in the Amount of $40,000.00.

1. Consider for Approval the Mayor’s Appointments for the Homer Festival Committee.
2. Consider for Approval a Motion to take from the table an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to permit an accessory structure in the front yard where accessory structures are not a permitted obstruction; [2] a Variance to increase the maximum aggregate square footage of accessory structures from the allowed one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet to two thousand two hundred and seventy seven (2,277) square feet, and; [3] a Variance to increase the maximum height for an accessory structure from the permitted fifteen (15) feet to seventeen (17) feet for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential at 13506 W. 167th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2506-V].

3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to increase the maximum aggregate square footage of an accessory structure from the allowed six hundred and fifty (650) square feet to nine hundred and sixty (960) square feet; [2] a Variance to increase the maximum height for an accessory structure from the permitted fifteen (15) foot average height to a peak height of twenty-one (21) feet, and; [3] a Variance to permit five (5) garage bays facing a public right-of-way where only three (3) are permitted for certain real property located in the R-4 Single-Family Residential District at 16302 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2516-V].
4. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to reduce the required side yard setback for an Agriculture structure from the required one hundred (100) feet to fifty-seven (57) feet and [2] a Variance to reduce the required rear yard setback for an Agriculture structure from the required one hundred (100) feet to fifty-five (55) feet for certain real property located in the A-1 Agriculture District at 12156 W. 179th Street, Mokena, Illinois (within Homer Glen Corporate limits) [HG-2517-V].
5. Consider for Approval the Plat of Consolidation for 16031 Ridgewood Drive.
