Joliet Board of Fire and Police Commissioners announces special meeting

The City of Joliet Board of Fire and Police Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 5:00 pm in Conference Room 1 at Joliet City Hall, located at 150 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois.

Citizens who are unable to attend the meeting can email comments in advance to publiccomment@joliet.gov.

The agenda for the special meeting includes the following items:

- Call to Order

- Roll Call

- Citizens to Be Heard on Agenda Items

During this section, individuals wishing to speak regarding agenda items are allowed a maximum of four minutes. It is not a question-and-answer period; staff and Commission members generally do not respond to public comments. The City Clerk has a copy of the public speaking procedures. Speakers who engage in conduct injurious to the harmony of the meeting shall be called to order by the Presiding Officer and may forfeit their opportunity to speak.
