III. EXPLANATION OF PUBLIC HEARING - VANDUYNE

1. Explanation of Public Hearing

President VanDuyne gave a brief explanation of the Public Hearing.

Since the increase in total extension does not exceed five percent (5%), a public hearing under the Truth in Taxation Act is not required. However, staff determined that it is appropriate that a public hearing be held. Notice of public hearing was published on November 3, 2022.
