Public Hearing – Application for an Amendment to Preliminary Plat of Subdivision/Land Use Plan to revise the preliminary plan for Town Center that is referenced in Municipal Code section 156.078 TCD Town Center District to change the land use designation on Lots 108 and 97 on West Town Center Circle from Multi-Family Flat to detached Single Family/Main Street Mansion and remove a future round-about at the intersection of Town Center Circle and (future) St James Street, which will then become a standard intersection: Town Center filed by GDP Homes, LLC

6. Review and Recommendation – Revised Preliminary Plat of Subdivision/Land Use Plan: Town Center, filed by GDP Homes, LLC
