I. CALL TO ORDER
District 4 (D - Bolingbrook) Jacqueline Traynere called the meeting to order at 9:05 AM
Also Present: M. Dunn and M. Johannsen.
Present from State's Attorney's Office: P. Mock.
II. PRESENTATION BY QUEST FOOD MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Mr. Nick Sacaro, President of Quest Food reviewed the attached PowerPoint presentation.

III. INTERVIEW
A brief question and answer period took place.
Ms. Winfrey stated the consensus of the Committee is for Mr. Tkac to move forward with negotiations with Quest Food Management Services to provide food services for the Courthouse.
