I. CALL TO ORDER
The following individuals were present: Denise Winfrey, Mike Fricilone, Herbert Brooks, Jr. Jim Moustis, Nick Palmer, Brad Klima, Dean Olson, David Dubois, Moira Dunn and Kevin Lynn.
Present from the State's Attorney's Office: Mary Tatroe.

IV. OTHER NEW BUSINESS
After the presentations, the Committee ranked the vendors as follows: (1) SCS Energy; (2) Harbour Contractors and (3) Bartlett & West. A Resolution will be brought forth to the February County Board meeting authorizing negotiations to take place.
