Channahon Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
The CSX railroad crossing signals at Route 6 and Youngs Road are currently malfunctioning, causing traffic delays in the area. CSX has been notified and is heading out to inspect the signals. Please consider taking an alternate route if you are headed in that direction. We will post further updates as we receive them.
