Water main installations on Clinton Street between Chicago and Scott Street are ongoing. Although this section remains closed to through traffic, parking garage patrons still have access. Meanwhile, Clinton Street between Chicago Street and Ottawa remains open to regular traffic.

On Chicago Street, electrical work for street lighting is in progress. Water service installations have also started from Cass to Webster, resulting in the closure of the block to traffic during daytime work hours.

Looking ahead to the week of April 21st, water main installations on Clinton Street will continue. The connection to the water main on Scott Street at Clinton is expected to be completed. Chicago Street will see the beginning of curb and sidewalk repairs north of Cass. Excavation for the main stage foundation in City Square will also commence.

In the City Square area, electrical work persists alongside the installation of footings and electrical conduits for the fountain structure. Additionally, rock excavation on Clinton Street is underway for the new 24-inch water main. The construction in the square includes foundations for a tiered seat wall, fountain, and sculpture.
