Illinois General Assembly: HB303 actions on May 21

The following actions were taken on May 21 in the House on House bill HB303 ("disclosable payment-sick leave"): "Passed Both Houses" and "Third Reading - Passed".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. David McSweeney (R-52) on Jan. 10, "amends the Local Government Wage Increase Transparency Act" and "provides that "disclosable payment" also includes accumulated sick leave," according to the General Assembly website.

The following senator co-sponsored the bill: Thomas Cullerton (D-23).

The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: Mark Batinick (R-97), Jonathan Carroll (D-57) and Allen Skillicorn (R-66).
