How did James Moustis spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican James Moustis's election campaign committee, Friends of County Board Chairman Jim Moustis, spent $6,274 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Moustis's committee spent the most on car lease payment in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,397) going to Toyota Financial Services in Carol Stream. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Moustis's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
