How did Bill Thoman spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Bill Thoman's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Bill Thoman, spent $8,433 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Thoman's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,257) going to Union Signs and Printing in Joliet. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Thoman's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
