Report: Lincoln Way spent $12,381 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Lincoln Way Community High School District 210 is up 3.1 percent from five years ago, according to a Will County Gazette analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Will County school district spent $12,005 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $12,381 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 7188 to 7010.

Lincoln Way's spending in 2017-18 was 7.2 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
