Here’s an opportunity for you to do an end of year Career Check Up! Four sessions, each a focused conversation, that will help you assess where you are and help you start 2019 with a plan.
Session 1: What do you value when it comes to your career? Are your career values in alignment with your career and your employer? If not, then what?
Session 2: Personal SWOT. Review what you do well, what you could do better what opportunities exist for you, and the obstacles you may be facing in your career. What does all this mean for your forward trajectory?
Session 3: How can you be more empowered at work? Identify ways to get more power where you are and work from a position of strength.
Session 4: Tie together everything you learned and establish three action steps to move your career in your desired direction.
