City of Lockport issued the following announcement on Sept. 26.
On Thursday, September 27, the contractor for the Downtown State Street Construction project is closing 10th Street at the intersection of State Street for watermain installation. Parking on 10th will still be available, but cars will not be able to pass onto State for the duration of the day.
