The Lockport-based committee with the largest total in unpaid fines was Friends of Chris Ward, which owes a total of $16,050.
The largest fine that Friends of Chris Ward has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 2, 2016, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $5,000.
