Homer Glen - Donna J. Hames (nee Aubin), born January 16, 1954, passed away on January 2, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert and a loving mother to Christina Sievers, Ashley (Wayne) Kwasneski, and Amber (Charlie) Polke. Donna was the proud Grammy of Isla, Coley, Drew, Nate, Reese, Abby, Colin, Fiona, and Graham.

She was the cherished daughter of the late Alfred and Helen Aubin and the devoted sister of Debra Dore and the late Fred (the late Janine) Aubin and Ronald Aubin.

Visitation hours are scheduled for Wednesday, January 8th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at RICHARD J MODELL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES located at 12641 W 143RD ST in Homer Glen.

Funeral and burial services will be private. Donna was known for her compassionate care for those in need and her unwavering support for the Chicago White Sox.
