City of Joliet Communication, Technology & Information Systems Committee met May 7.

AGENDA ITEMS

Award of Contract to Granicus for Annual Products and Services Renewal and Up-front Implementation Costs in the Amount of $583,225.73 to be Paid Over Three Years

Amanda Dite, Deputy Director of IT, delivered a comprehensive overview of the Granicus products currently in use and articulated the strategic benefits of synchronizing their renewal schedules.

A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilman Juan Moreno to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Granicus for Annual Products and Services Renewal and Up-front Implementation Costs in the Amount of $583,225.73 to be Paid Over Three Years.

The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilman Moreno

Award of Contract to Heartland Business Systems for VMWare Annual Renewal in the Amount of $59,730.88

Christopher Sternal, CIO, provided an overview of the annual VMWare renewal with Heartland Business Systems.

A motion was made by Councilman Cesar Cardenas, seconded by Councilman Juan Moreno to recommend for approval Award of Contract to Heartland Business Systems for VMWare Annual Renewal in the Amount of $59,730.88.

The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Councilwoman Reardon, Councilman Cardenas and Councilman Moreno
