More than 250,000 visitors and 300 artisans will gather in the Village of Frankfort over Labor Day weekend for the annual Frankfort Fall Festival. This is the 56th festival and it will be held from August 31 to September 2.
According to the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce festival page, admission is free for those attending the festival. Visitors can enjoy carnival rides, main stage entertainment, walking tacos, and funnel cakes.
Craft show hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, and Sunday, September 1. The hours will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, September 2. The festival parade will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 1. Applications for parade participants are being accepted until July 31. The parade's theme is "Hometown Heroes."

Organizers are seeking volunteers for Fall Fest, according to the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce festival page. Anyone aged 13 years and older can apply online. Sponsors are also sought with packages that include a booth, a full-page ad in the Fall Fest guidebook, and a banner ad on the Fall Festival home page.
