Will County Gazette

There were seven offenders living in Kendall County released on parole during the second quarter of 2022, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Will County Gazette.

The data shows all of the released offenders in Kendall County were men. The median age of the parolees was 41. The youngest parolee was a 30-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving one or more weapons in 2018, and the oldest was a 47-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2015.

The offender incarcerated the longest was Patrick Inocencio. He was convicted of homicide in 2000 when he was 18 years old. He is now 41.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
