City of Joliet Finance Committee Met April 20.

ROLL CALL

ALSO PRESENT: Director of Finance James Ghedotte, Director of Human Resources Kathy Franson, Director of Public Utilities Allison Swisher, Stantec Project Manager Joe Johnson, and Joliet Herald-News Regional Reporter Robert Okon.

Present Michael F. Turk, Pat Mudron and Sherri Reardon

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Sherri Reardon, seconded by Michael F. Turk, to approve the March 2021 Finance Committee Meeting minutes. The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Turk, Mudron and Reardon

CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON AGENDA ITEMS

None.

ALTERNATIVE WATER SOURCE PROGRAM FUNDING STRATEGY UPDATE

Director of Public Utilities Allison Swisher introduced Stantec Project Manager Joe Johnson. Mr. Johnson presented the Alternative Water Source Program Funding Strategy Update to the Committee. Discussion held.

MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORT

Mr. Ghedotte briefly reviewed the Monthly Financial Report. Discussion held. TMP-1422

Director of Human Resources Kathy Franson briefly reviewed the Personnel Summary. Brief discussion held.

Mr. Ghedotte briefly reviewed the Invoices Paid Report.

RECOMMENDATION

Councilwoman Reardon discussed emergency tree cleanup.
