The City of Joliet Communication, Technology & Information Systems Committee is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The meeting will take place at 8:30 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room on the second floor of Joliet City Hall, located at 150 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois.

The agenda includes several items for discussion and decision-making. Among them is the approval of minutes from the previous meeting held on May 7, 2025. Significant agenda points include awarding contracts to Lenovo for the 2025 PC Lifecycle Program amounting to $76,372.70 and Videotec for a Physical Access Control Project at Fire Station One valued at $34,161.00.

Additionally, there will be time allocated for discussing new or old business that does not require final action or recommendation during this session.

A segment is reserved for public comment concerning non-agenda items where citizens are allowed up to four minutes each to speak. Similar rules apply regarding decorum as those set for agenda item discussions.

The meeting location is accessible to all individuals. Anyone requiring reasonable accommodation should contact The City Clerk Office at (815) 724-3780.
