City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on Dec. 23.
Mayor Strong asked the Aldermen from each ward to team up to choose a home with the most holiday cheer. Congratulations to the Surdej Family, the Gillis Family, the Hall Family and the Sweeney Family. The City Officials and Staff wish all of you a very happy holiday & merry New Year
