City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on June 18.
The Wilmington Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in the investigation of Criminal Defacement of Property that took place over the weekend.
On 06/13/2020 between the hours of 3-4 am the subject below tagged six businesses throughout the downtown area with the graffiti shown. If anyone has any information that may help identify the subject involved please contact Detective Sullivan at 815-476-2813.
