City of Wilmington issued the following announcement on April 10.
We were advised that we have a second confirmed case of Covid-19 within our corporate limits.
Please follow the precautions: stay at home, wash your hands, sanitize, socially distance yourself, don’t touch your face.
Together we can beat this!
