ABSENT: None.
ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Corporation Counsel Sabrina Spano, Human Resources Manager Kathy Franson.

Motion to enter closed session to discuss personnel after which the meeting will be adjourned was made by Councilwoman Bettye Gavin.
