Aurora (Will County) home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Aurora in Will County fell by $40,100 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,900 - a 15.7% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Aurora in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $7,392, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
