• Pending Actions – Sept and Nov ’19 minutes pending.
• 2019 minutes history - Jan, Feb and Mar minutes approved and submitted to clerk for website posting & board package. Recently approved minutes Apr, 2019. No May June or Oct ’19 meeting-no quorum, Aug ’19 cancelled.
• Finance Committee (FC) recommends cuts to obtain budget sustainability especially since expenses exceeds revenue. This has been occurring for multiple years to date.
• Still awaiting revenue and expenditures reports for 2019-20 YTD and budget not provided to committee of all dept including Golf prior to board 3rd reading. What is total cost for Village hall buildout and relocation to Town Center. Also, need update to resolving deficits issues and revenue plans
• New Village Manager questions: Do we have Finance dept expansion or Consultants? Need financial reports, summary of audits status 2016, 17,18. What is the Village’s deficit? FC needs audit and TIF status and management updates.
E. Old business and open action items
• Action items – Recommends- Board to require such reports** to assess if budget and expenditures are aligned.
