Illinois General Assembly: HB3040 actions on May 17

The following actions were taken on May 17 in the House on House bill HB3040 ("medicaid-redeterminations"): "Passed Both Houses", "Third Reading - Passed" and "Added as Alternate Co-Sponsor Sen. Laura M. Murphy".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Michael D. Unes (R-91) on Feb. 15, "amends the Illinois Public Aid Code," according to the General Assembly website.
