How did Victoria McKay Kennison spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Victoria McKay Kennison's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge Victoria, spent $21,322 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kennison's committee spent the most on palm cards in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,640) going to Door to Door Direct in Woodridge. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kennison's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
