Democratic Mike Kelley's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Mike Kelley Will County Sheriff, spent $4,863 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kelley's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 47.8% of this total ($1,650) going to Illinois State Crime Commission in Oak Brook. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kelley's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
