Godley Park District Board Public Hearing met May 15.

The Public Hearing was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by President Alton. Upon roll call the following commissioners were present: Commissioners K. DeMarse, R. Stanford, D. Schott and E. Alton. Absent: Commissioner J. Krug. Also present: Attorney Freeman. Staff present: Director Sorensen, Lee Ann Zaremba, Nick Taylor, Pete Dvorak and Aaron DeMarse.
Combined Budget and Appropriation Ordinance # O-125
Commissioner Alton read aloud the purpose of the Public Hearing. “An ordinance adopting the Combined Annual Budget and Appropriation of funds for the Godley Park District, Will and Grundy Counties, Illinois for the fiscal year beginning on the first (1st) day of May 2018 and ending on the thirtieth (30th) day of April 2019.
There were no comments or questions at this time.
A motion to adjourn the public hearing at 4:02 p.m. was made by Commissioner DeMarse, seconded by Commissioner Schott. Upon voice vote, all ayes, the motion carried.
