V. Consent Agenda

Items under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will be enacted by one motion. At the request of a board member, any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately as an Action Item.

6.4) Looking for a motion to purchase a Cisco Meraki MR42 Cloud Managed wireless access point from CDW-G for a cost of $4,722.30 after eRate.

6.5) Looking for a motion to purchase a Cisco Meraki Enterprise Cloud Controller five year subscription from CDW-G for $1,385 after e-Rate.
