          Improvement Project No. 2 (Including Work in the Woodbine, Meadowview, Chickasaw and 

          Wedgewood Highlands Subdivisions and at the Northwest Corner of 151st Street and Will-cook Rd.), in 

           the Amount of $85,741.26.

     6. Consider for Approval a Motion Recommending Approval of Pay Estimate No. 4 from Austin Tyler

          Construction Inc. for Phase I of the Heritage Park Project, in the Amount of $561,041.69.

     7. Consider for Approval a Motion Accepting the Bid Proposal from Alessio & Sons Company for Phase II 

          (319 Grant) of the Heritage Park project in the amount of $1,196,592.50.
