2. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 18-020, an Ordinance Establishing a Temporary 180-Day Moratorium on the Issuance of Special Use Permits for Wireless Communication Facilities Effective Immediately.

3. Consider for Approval Work Authorization Nos. 3 & 4 from Patnick Construction Inc. for Additional Work Related to 2017 Drainage Improvement Project No. 2 (Various Locations), in the Combined Amount of $45,415.96.

a.) Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 18-022, an Ordinance Approving a Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision for Certain Real Property Located at 12513 W. Hadley Road, Homer Glen, Illinois.

b.) Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 18-023, an Ordinance Approving (1) a Map Amendment (rezoning) from A-2 Rural Residential to R3-A Single-Family Residential District and (2) Site Plan with Certain Variances for the Proposed Duke Subdivision Located at 12513 W. Hadley Road, Homer Glen, Illinois, with an Additional Condition to Allow the Village to Locate a Tornado Siren Pole on the Detention Pond Parcel with Proper Access.

5. Consider for Approval the Appointment of Todd Fonfara to the Parade and Festival Committee.

6. Consider a Motion to Approve the Mayor and Village Board Standard Operating Procedures No. 001 - 014.

7. Consider for Approval a Motion to Assign a Class J Liquor License (Special Event License) to Homer Township Road District for the Homer Community Festival Occurring on June 21 – 24, 2018 and to Waive the Fee.
