Ellis Ray Schott, 96, passed away peacefully at his home on October 21, 2025. Born on November 26, 1928, in Pontiac, IL, to Howard and Mabel Schott, Ellis served in the US Army and worked as a carpenter until his retirement in 1991. He is remembered for his woodworking skills, strong values, and love for his family. A visitation will be held at R.W. Patterson Funeral Home & Crematory on October 24, 2025, with funeral services on October 25, 2025. Condolences can be shared online at www.rwpattersonfuneralhomes.com.
