9. Items for Consideration & Recommendation

a. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Payment for the Village of Homer Glen’s July Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $18,204.00.

b. Consider Recommending Approval of an Ordinance Amending §114-11 of the Village of Homer Glen Code of Ordinances Regarding License Fees Charged for Business Licenses.

c. Consider an Ordinance Recommending Authorizing the Execution of the Intergovernmental Cooperative Planning and Jurisdictional Boundary Agreement between the Village of New Lenox and the Village of Homer Glen.

d. Consider a motion to recommend approval of a purchase of a trailer for transporting the mini excavator for the Public Works Department in the amount of $15,227.00.

e. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Contract with Polach Appraisal Group, Inc. for Right of Way Acquisition Appraisal Services for the Village’s 151st Street Expansion Project in the Amount of $160,200.00.

f. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of Pay Estimate 1 for the Pine Hill and Kensington Estates Drainage Improvement Project in the Amount of $272,945.69 to be paid to Earthwerks Inc.

g. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of a Quote from Airy’s Inc. for Televising, Cleaning and Locating the Meadowcrest Subdivision Outfall Sewer and Field Tile in the Amount of $5,340.00.

h. Consider a Motion to Recommend the Release of Retention for the Heritage Park Cul de-sac Lighting Project in the Amount of $15,937.70 to be Paid to Lyons Pinner Electric.
