M. LEGISLATION AND ACTION ITEMS

1. Consider for Approval a.) an Ordinance granting [1] a Variance to reduce the required side yard setback for a detached accessory structure greater than 750 square feet from twenty (20) feet to ten (10) feet and [2] a Variance to permit five (5) garage bays facing a public right-of-way where only three (3) are permitted for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential District at 15357 W Thornwood Lane, Homer Glen, IL. [HG-2513-V]. and b.) an Ordinance granting a Variance from the Exterior Construction Standards of § 75-65B(2) of the Village of Homer Glen to permit grey steel siding on a residential accessory structure for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residential District at 15357 W Thornwood Lane, Homer Glen, IL.

2. Consider for Approval an Intergovernmental Agreement Between Homer Township Road District and the Village of Homer Glen for Reimbursement of the Resurfacing Cost of the portion on Bruce Rd. & 167th Street within the Village Limits.

3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Amending Homer Glen Village Code Chapter 10, Section 10-6 Membership, Relating to Standing Committees.
