5. Public Hearing: 122 Kansas Street (Ref. 107)
Public Hearing Requests: Six (6) variations from the Village of Frankfort Zoning Ordinance to (1) reduce the corner side yard setback (west), (2) rear yard setback (south), (3) side yard setback (east), (4) west pavement setback, (5) south pavement setback, and (6) east pavement setback in order to construct a paver patio and a rear second-floor deck for property located in the H-1 Historic District at 122 Kansas Street (PIN: 19-09-28-206-001-0000).
