Homer Glen - Anthony "Tony" Arteaga, aged 62, of Homer Glen, formerly of Orland Hills, passed away. He was the loving father of Erica (James) Arteaga-Bielak, Monica (Tom) Arteaga, and Michelle (Chris) Jilg. Tony was the devoted grandpa of Nadia, Dominic, Anthony, Damien, Delilah, and Liliana, and the dear brother of Mario, Sr. (Yolanda) Arteaga, Debbie (Mary Jo) Arteaga, Mary Arteaga, Trish (Tony) Mendez, and the late Louis, Jr. and Eddie, Sr. He was the beloved companion of Wendy Covelli and also leaves behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Tony was a fond nephew of Aunt Nena.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 15, at 10:00 am at Richard J. Modell Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 12641 W. 143rd St, Homer Glen, with interment at Good Shepherd Cemetery.

Visitation is scheduled for Monday, April 14, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Kidney Fund or American Diabetes Association in memory of Tony are greatly appreciated.
