Phyllis Haldorson | Baskerville Funeral Home - Wilmington
Born on October 4, 1930, in Bedford, Indiana, Phyllis was the daughter of Jasper Otto and Agnes Hannum. She married John Haldorson and devoted herself to caregiving, spending 32 years at Royal Willow Nursing Home in Wilmington. Phyllis was known for her kindness, generosity, and dedication to family and community. A member of First United Methodist Church, she found solace in faith and friendship.
Survived by her loving daughter Mary Jo and son-in-law Dave Morgan; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband John, son Mark, and several family members.
Visitation at Baskerville Funeral Home in Wilmington on February 6, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at First United Methodist Church on February 7, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. funeral service. Reverend Harriette Cross will officiate. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Wilmington.
