Barbra A. Noone, 77, of Mokena, passed away on January 9, 2025. Born in Chicago, Barbra graduated from St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN, where she met her husband William Noone. She is survived by her husband, children Colin, Megan, and Padraic, numerous grandchildren, sister Jill Grahovec, in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.

Barbra, known as Teddi to her grandchildren, lived a life guided by kindness, faith, family, and humor. She had a passion for education, history, reading, and politics, and shared her love of learning as a substitute teacher in Catholic schools. Barbra was a supportive presence at her children and grandchildren's activities, embracing each milestone and celebration with love and joy.

Her favorite place was the Northwoods of Wisconsin, where she found happiness in nature, time with loved ones, and involvement in political campaigns. Sharing this special place with her family was her greatest joy.

Visitation for Barbra will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel on Friday, January 17, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place the following day at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mokena.
