Phyllis V. Kubik, 89, a resident of Tinley Park, IL, has passed away. She is survived by her husband Norbert Kubik, children Maryann Senese, James Kubik, Diane Nakashian, Joanne Guzik, grandchildren Jason, Nick, Brittany, Lisa, Taylor, Nicole, Chris, Mike, Danny, Samantha, Sabrina, and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at Vandenberg Funeral Home in Tinley Park, IL, on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery.
