a. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of Payment of the Village of Homer Glen’s July Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $30,684.63.
b. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval a Temporary Business Retention Sign for Grove Valley Center, 15741-15761 S. Bell Road, from Integrity Sign in the amount of $6,110.00.
c. Consider Recommending for Approval, a Motion to Accept a Bid from Beary Landscaping, Inc. for the Mackinac Road Swale Drainage Project in the Amount of $13,823.00.
d. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval to replace five (5) total doors at the Village Hall.
e. Consider Recommending for Approval an Ordinance Amending Homer Glen Village Code Chapter 10, Section 10-4 Relating to Plan Commission, Sections 10-5, 10-6 and 10-9 Relating to Standing Committees, and Amending Standard Operating Procedure No. 001.
f. Consider Recommending Approval of a Resolution ratifying and approving an agreement with The Creamery via the Homer Stallions Youth Football and Cheer Organization, to facilitate Concessions on our premises for the Homer Stallions Youth Football and Cheer events, upon meeting all Village and Health Department permitting, licensing and other requirements, for the 2024 athletic season, in the Village of Homer Glen.

Consider a Motion to Recommend Approving the reimbursement of $1000 to Lenny’s Gas N Wash for fines paid, and to consider Amending Ordinance 19-043 to add language regarding enforcement and penalty of long-term parking violations. h.
