1. WC Committee of the Whole - Informational Meeting - May 21, 2024 12:00 PM Ms. Traynere asked about corrections to the minutes. Ms. Fladhammer reminded the staff of the policy for amending minutes. Ms. Williams discussed this policy further. Ms. Fladhammer explained that while staff tries to make grammatical/typographical errors before the minutes are approved, the timing of the information provided to the staff prohibited those possible errors to be corrected. Mr. Meyers spoke on the basics of minutes and that if a member wants an amendment, it does need to be voted on by the members of the committee. The discussion of timely minutes were reviewed.

Ms. Traynere made the motion to add "Under Co. Bd. Salary #2 add Traynere's comments re: comparison of Champaign Co. to Will Co. in the Salaries section before the verbiage "Ms. Ogalla covered differences in". Add Ms. Traynere commented that the population difference between Champaign and us is very different. As is the median salary, housing, and cost of living. Their chair is also voted on county wide and their pensions are also different." to the minutes of May 21st, 2024 COW meeting.
