Rob Zvonar, the football coach for Lincoln-Way East high school, will be honored by an upcoming community event hosted by Frankfort Gardens, the senior living development proposed by LFI Real Estate.

Zvonar has been the football coach at Lincoln-Way East high school since 2001, and is the only coach in program history that has reached the state championship game five times, and won three times to bring home the state championship title.

"I am deeply grateful for the guidance and inspiration Coach Zvonar provided me during my high school years," said Dan Rose, son of LFI Commercial Real Estate founder Mike Rose. "His commitment to excellence both on and off the field shaped not only my athletic endeavors but also my character. This event is a wonderful opportunity to honor his legacy and express our appreciation for his contributions to our community".

"We are thrilled to recognize Coach Zvonar's dedication and impact on our community,” Mike Rose, said. "His influence extends far beyond the football field, shaping the lives of countless individuals. This event is a testament to our ongoing commitment to Frankfort and its residents."

The event will be held on May 24, at the CD & ME venue. The evening will include performances by Johnny Russley as well as The Beach Bum Band and the Then Again ensemble.

LFI Real Estate has proposed a new "Gardens of Frankfort” development for an exclusively senior living community. The Gardens would be designed for senior citizens who are looking to downsize or simplify their living arrangements, but still be able to live in the Frankfort community where they have lived for years and have close friends or family nearby. Resident would also be able to continue contributing to the local economy

LFI Real Estate is a Chicagoland commercial real estate development business. Founded in Mokena, Illinois in 1973, the current CEO is Mike Rose.
